The Saudi king and crown prince conveyed their wishes for progress and increased prosperity for the Iranian government and its people.

Additionally, President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan emphasized the cordial and historic relations between the two nations, expressing his belief that these relations will continue to flourish. He stated, "The historically unifying friendly relations and shared spiritual values between our peoples provide a good basis for the development of Azerbaijani-Iranian intergovernmental relations and cooperation."

Indian Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, in a message of felicitations on X, expressed confidence in the continued development of long-term cooperation and friendship between New Delhi and Tehran. He shared a video showcasing meetings among senior officials from Iran and India.

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko also conveyed greetings to President Raeisi, noting that the Iranian people have asserted their right to independently choose their path of development.

President Lukashenko emphasized that Belarus and Iran are systematically expanding mutually beneficial cooperation based on principles of respect and mutual understanding.
