Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Stresses Maritime Safety in Red Sea, Calls for End to Attacks on Gaza

Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs, Ali Bagheri Kani, highlighted the significance of ensuring maritime safety in the Red Sea during a meeting with Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Ma Zhaoxu in Beijing. Bagheri Kani emphasized that restoring stability to the Red Sea necessitates an end to the attacks on Gaza.

Iran (IMNA) - He further stated that Tehran firmly believes the Israeli regime's assaults on Gaza should cease promptly and expressed opposition to imposing any solution on the Palestinian people. These remarks were made according to a report from the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China on Friday.

Tehran Seeks Diplomatic Resolution for Iran's Nuclear Issue, Strengthening Ties with Beijing

In a recent statement, Bagheri Kani, an official from Tehran, expressed Iran's commitment to resolving the nuclear issue through political and diplomatic means. He emphasized the importance of sincerity and dedication from all relevant parties involved.

Furthermore, Bagheri Kani highlighted Tehran's intention to enhance communication and coordination with Beijing in order to promote peace and stability on both regional and global scales.

China's diplomat acknowledged Tehran's efforts in maintaining relationships with relevant parties and affirmed China's unwavering support for the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). The diplomat also emphasized China's active advocacy for a political resolution to Iran's nuclear issue.

Addressing the situation in the Red Sea, Ma attributed the current state to Israel's attacks on the Gaza Strip.
