We want to inject hope to youth; this festival can be a great investment for the present and next generation," the mayor of Isfahan, Ghodratollah Norouzi, said.
"The primary purpose of the festival is to ignite an excitement ; the festival can take benefit of children's film to solve the world's problems. During the festival, artists can benefit from the opportunity to showcase their art and, in line with this, modify the global affairs and awaken the consciousness of those who need to."
