Araghchi, UAE Counterpart Discuss Regional Developments, Iran-US Talks

Iran’s Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi and the United Arab Emirates’ Foreign Minister Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan held a telephone conversation to discuss regional and international developments, as well as the latest progress in indirect nuclear negotiations between Tehran and Washington.

Iran (IMNA) - During the call, Araghchi briefed his Emirati counterpart on the ongoing progress of the indirect talks between Iran and the United States regarding Tehran’s nuclear program.

The two top diplomats also exchanged views on the current regional situation, stressing the importance of continued consultation and coordination among countries in the region.

Both sides underscored the need to safeguard shared interests and to maintain stability and security across the region.

The phone conversation highlights continued diplomatic engagement between Tehran and Abu Dhabi amid broader efforts to advance regional dialogue.
