Iran (IMNA) - The event aims to once again turn the city of creativity and art into a vibrant stage for showcasing the abilities, confidence, and innovation of Iran’s young generation.
Ahmadreza Tahaniyan told IMNA that Isfahan, known as the “city of creativity and art,” is proud to host the country’s largest skills event. “The National Skills Competition, under the slogan ‘A Celebration of Ability, Self-Belief, and Creativity; the New Generation of Iranian Makers’, provides a platform for young talents to demonstrate their capabilities, enhance self-confidence, and celebrate innovation,” he said.
According to Tahaniyan, the four-day event will take place at the Isfahan International Exhibition Center, featuring competitions in 38 different skill categories. The top participants will earn the opportunity to represent Iran at the WorldSkills Competition in Shanghai.
“The National Skills Competition is more than just a technical contest; it is a grand celebration of the creativity and innovation of Iranian youth who, relying on their knowledge and expertise, are shaping a bright future for the country’s industries, services, and technologies,” he emphasized.
Tahaniyan added that the event also serves as a platform to identify and promote national talents on international stages and to encourage the exchange of experience and collaboration among young specialists.
The Isfahan International Exhibition Center will open its doors to the public on October 16 and 17 (Mehr 25–26) from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., inviting visitors—especially youth and students—to witness firsthand the capabilities and competitive spirit of the nation’s young professionals.
