Iranian Foreign Minister Visits Armenia for Bilateral and Regional Talks

Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi arrived in Yerevan late Monday for an official visit aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and addressing regional issues.

Iran (IMNA) - He was welcomed by Armenian officials and representatives from the Iranian embassy upon arrival.

Araghchi held discussions with his Armenian counterpart, Ararat Mirzoyan, during a working dinner on Monday night, where they explored key bilateral and regional matters. This visit is part of Iran's ongoing diplomatic efforts to consult with neighboring countries on mutual interests and developments in the Caucasus region.

In addition to meeting Mirzoyan, Araghchi is scheduled to hold talks with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and other high-ranking officials. The agenda includes enhancing cooperation between the two nations and exchanging views on the latest developments in the region.
