Iran (IMNA) - During their meeting at the Sa’dabad Cultural-Historical Complex, Aref highlighted the deep historical and cultural connections between the two nations, stating that Azerbaijan is pivotal not only due to its geographical proximity but also because of their longstanding ties.
Asadov's visit coincided with the Third Caspian Economic Forum, where Aref expressed hope that the discussions would enhance multilateral cooperation among Caspian Sea nations and strengthen bilateral relations. Aref pointed out that initiatives to expand cooperation with Azerbaijan have intensified since the presidency of Masoud Pezeshkian, assuring that external factors would not disrupt the enduring bond between the two countries.
