Iran (IMNA) - During the conversation, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi spoke with his Lebanese counterpart, Youssef Joe Rajji, to discuss both bilateral relations and recent regional developments. Araghchi congratulated Rajji on his new appointment as Lebanese Foreign Minister, extending his best wishes to him and the new Lebanese government.

Both ministers emphasized the importance of strengthening bilateral relations across political, economic, commercial, and cultural sectors. They aim to foster these relations in a way that benefits both Iran and Lebanon, grounded in mutual respect.
