IRGC Navy Successfully Tests AI-Powered Missiles in "Great Prophet Authority 19" Drills

In a significant display of military prowess, the naval forces of Iran's Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) have successfully fired missiles equipped with artificial intelligence during the final day of a large-scale exercise code-named "Great Prophet Authority 19." The drills took place across the southern Iranian provinces of Bushehr and Khuzestan's littoral waters.

iRAN (imna) - The Qaem and Almas missiles, both integrated with AI technology, were launched from advanced Mohajer 6 and Ababil 5 drones, effectively hitting mock enemy targets. IRGC Navy Commander Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri, who oversaw the exercise, highlighted the significant upgrades made to the Navy's systems and equipment.

During the drills, the IRGC Navy deployed a range of ballistic and surface-to-surface missiles, including an offensive missile launched from the strategic Shahid Soleimani warship. Additionally, they successfully intercepted enemy aerial targets using Kowsar 222 missiles, as reported by PressTV.

Tangsiri emphasized that the extensive drills, conducted across the northern and central parts of the strategic Persian Gulf waters, aimed to enhance the coordination and combat readiness of the IRGC naval forces. The exercises were designed to counter any potential acts of aggression while also sending a message of peace and friendship to neighboring countries.

The Islamic Republic's Armed Forces, including both the Army and the IRGC, continue to enhance their military capabilities and combat readiness in line with the directives of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
