Additionally, Ushakov noted that Eritrea is also eager to collaborate with BRICS.
Ushakov emphasized the need for a measured approach to expansion: "It is clear that uncontrolled expansion of our association would break its backbone. We believe that we need gradual, harmonized and accurate steps," he concluded. This statement reflects the group's ongoing commitment to maintaining its structure while accommodating new interests.
