Iran (IMNA) _ Speaking to reporters after a cabinet session on Wednesday morning, Nasirzadeh stated, "Even if the Zionist regime shoots an arrow at our country, Iran would not forgive it and it would surely respond to the Zionists."
He emphasized that any invasion of a country's territory warrants a defensive response, underscoring Iran's right to protect itself. This declaration follows recent air attacks by Israel against Iranian targets, which the defense minister noted did not involve any fighter jets entering Iranian airspace.
Iran's Air Defense Base confirmed that its air defenses effectively countered the Israeli attacks, stating that while some limited damage occurred at various sites, investigations are ongoing. The Iranian Army reported that four servicemen were martyredom during these incidents.
As tensions escalate, Iran remains resolute in its commitment to defend its sovereignty and has reiterated its readiness to retaliate against any perceived threats from regime of Israel.
