Iran's Nuclear Facilities Unscathed Amid Israeli Attacks, Confirms IAEA Chief

IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi has confirmed that Iran's nuclear facilities were not damaged during recent Israeli military actions. In a post on X, Grossi stated, "Iran’s nuclear facilities have not been impacted. The IAEA inspectors are safe and continue their vital work."

Iran (IMNA) -He emphasized the need for "prudence and restraint from actions that could jeopardize the safety and security of nuclear and other radioactive materials," highlighting the importance of maintaining stability in the region.

This statement follows an aggressive move by Israel, which targeted several military sites across Iran's Tehran, Khuzestan, and Ilam provinces on Saturday morning. The Iranian Air Defense Force reported that the attacks were successfully countered by its integrated air defense system, resulting in limited damage to several sites. However, the Iranian Army confirmed that four of its servicemen were killed in the strikes.
