Ayatollah Khamenei: Hezbollah and Resistance Forces Victorious Amid Israeli Aggression

Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei stated that Hezbollah and other resistance forces are currently the winners of the ongoing conflict, attributing this to Israel's massacre of women and children in Palestine and Lebanon.

Iran (IMNA) - “Until today, the victory has been for Hezbollah and the resistance forces; one reason is killing people," he remarked during a meeting with veterans and activists in Tehran on Wednesday. He emphasized that if the "evil Zionist regime" had been able to defeat the fighting forces in Gaza, the West Bank, or Lebanon, it would not resort to committing crimes against civilians.

Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Ki Khamenei pointed out that since the regime has been unable to overcome resistance forces, it resorts to pretending to win by attacking defenseless individuals, homes, schools, and hospitals. "So, it has failed so far,” he asserted.

He acknowledged that while some effective members of Hezbollah were martyred, which undoubtedly caused damage, it was not enough to incapacitate the group. "The organizational and human strength of Hezbollah is much more than that," he stated, adding that their authority and capabilities cannot be seriously affected by these losses.

The leader described the current battle in Lebanon and Palestine as “Jihad in the way of Allah,” paralleling it with Iran’s “sacred defense” against former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein’s invasion in the 1980s. He declared that it is obligatory for everyone to assist in returning Palestine and Al-Aqsa Mosque to Muslims.

He highlighted that a divine movement is unfolding as the people of Palestine and Gaza fight for their cause. In this conflict against Lebanon and Palestine, he noted that "the infidel and evil enemy has the most equipment," supported by the United States.

Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei criticized U.S. claims of non-involvement, asserting that they are both informed and involved in supporting the Zionist regime. He suggested that for upcoming elections, the current U.S. government needs to demonstrate its support for Israel's victory while also appealing to American Muslims by pretending not to be involved.

The Leader pointed out that while Israel possesses significant resources including money, weapons, and global propaganda, on the opposing side, "the believers and fighters in the way of Allah do not even have a tenth of those facilities." Nevertheless, he affirmed that "the Palestinian resistance is victorious. Hezbollah is victorious."

Ayatollah Khamenei reiterated Iran's staunch opposition to U.S. domination, stating that the Islamic Republic will never submit to American bullying. He remarked that Iran's revolution in 1979 was a clear stand against an unjust world order and warned against cultural infiltration aimed at derailing Iran's anti-colonial trajectory.

“Care should be taken in education sectors to prevent enemy influences from undermining our efforts,” he concluded.
