Iran's Space Agency Receives Two New Bio-Capsules to Enhance Space Fleet

The Iranian Space Agency (ISA) has received two new bio-capsules to bolster its space fleet, according to ISA head Hassan Salarieh.

Iran (IMNA) - The announcement comes after the successful launch of a biological capsule last year, which reached an altitude of 130-140 kilometers above the Earth's surface and successfully returned to land.

In an interview with Tasnim News Agency, Salarieh discussed the performance of the recent launch, noting that while the launcher performed well, the slow return subsystem experienced issues. The subsystem is crucial in controlling the capsule's speed and ensuring a safe landing.

The addition of the new bio-capsules is expected to enhance Iran's capabilities in space exploration and research, building on the success of last year's suborbital flight.
