Iran-Qatar Trade Ties See 41% Growth in First Two Months of Iranian Calendar Year

Iran (IMNA) - IAbdolkhani highlighted that the trade relations between Iran and Qatar are on an upward trajectory, driven by the strong political ties between the two nations.

The envoy noted that agricultural and food products, aquatics, dried nuts, carpets, and construction materials were among the main products exported from Iran to Qatar during this period. He emphasized the need for further expansion and development of trade and economic relations between the two countries, leveraging their geographical proximity to reduce transport costs.

Abdolkhani pointed out that Iran's diverse natural resources and agricultural productions complement Qatar's dynamic consumable market, making them well-suited for cooperation in the development and expansion of trade and economic ties. He also noted that high-ranking officials from both countries are committed to expanding their relations in the fields of trade and economy.
