Iran's Acting President Affirms Continued Support for Palestinian Resistance Movement

In a recent statement, acting Iranian President Mohammad Mokhber reiterated Iran's unwavering commitment to supporting the Resistance movement, particularly the Palestinian Resistance groups, emphasizing that this fundamental strategy will persist under the new government.

Iran (IMNA) -During a phone conversation with Mohammad Mokhber, Secretary General of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement Ziad al-Nakhalah extended his condolences to Iran for the loss of President Ebrahim Raeisi and Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian. Al-Nakhalah praised Iran's leadership and revolutionary spirit, expressing confidence in the nation's ability to overcome challenges.

Al-Nakhalah highlighted the dedication of the late President and Foreign Minister to defending Iranian interests and supporting the Resistance movement, acknowledging Mokhber as a strong figure capable of filling the void left by their absence.

In response, Mokhber thanked Al-Nakhalah for his sympathy and reiterated Iran's steadfast support for the Resistance and the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, emphasizing that this commitment was a top priority for the late President.

Emphasizing the effectiveness of the Resistance strategy in confronting the Zionist regime's actions, Mokhber pointed to the True Promise Operation as a significant outcome of the Resistance movement, which challenged the dominance of the UK and the Zionist regime. He affirmed that this strategy would continue to guide Iran's approach in the face of aggression.
