Iran (IMNA) - Executive Vice President Mansouri also stated that another ceremony is planned in South Khorasan Province on Thursday morning.

The Wednesday ceremony, to be held in the afternoon, will be attended by Iran's acting president Mohamamd Mokhber and the caretaker of Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ali Bagheri Kani.
