In a telephone conversation on Friday, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud engaged in talks regarding regional and international matters. The discussion primarily focused on recent events in the city of Rafah in southern Gaza and the dire humanitarian situation in the strip amidst Israel's relentless attacks.

Amir-Abdollahian expressed deep concern over Israel's continuous acts of aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, specifically citing the recent activities in Rafah. He called for concerted efforts to counter the threats posed by the Israeli regime.
