Demonstration of Islamic unity through Arba'een walk

Iraqi people provide free food, drink, medical care, and anything else an Arbaeen pilgrim would likely require, regardless of their nations or religious affiliations.

Iran (IMNA) - To honor the conclusion of a 40-day period of mourning honoring the martyrdom of Imam Hussein, the grandson of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH), millions of pilgrims traveled from the southern borders of Iran to the holy city of Karbala.

Pilgrims travel hundreds of kilometers by foot and refresh along several mawkibs that are lined with volunteers offering fresh food, refreshments, and even foot massages.

The atmosphere is filled with a sense of unity and devotion as people from different backgrounds come together to commemorate this significant event in Islamic history.
