Iran's under-17 team brings home silver in Beijing's RobotChallenge 2023

On Tuesday in Beijing, China, at the RobotChallenge 2023, Iran's under-17 team took second place.

Iran (IMNA) - The Iranian robotics team had 42 teenagers from around the country, and their coaches competed in five different leagues of the event.

Iran competed in the five categories of Line Follower, RoboSumo, Rugby, Freestyle, and Technical Report. Iran won gold in the freestyle and robot competitions.

China, the competition's host country, as well as Russia, South Korea, Malaysia, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Check, Poland, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, New Zealand, Mexico, Ecuador, Argentina, Mongolia, Thailand, Nepal, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, and Ethiopia were among the countries that took part.

The Iranian squad also placed second in the events held in India in 2022 and third in the ones held in Malaysia in 2019. As a result of the COVID epidemic, completions were postponed until 2020 and 2021.
