Iran (IMNA) - Farnood Elhami, the composer of this song, thus commented on his collaboration with Abolfazl Dehghan, "I had composed 'Oh, Resurrection!' years ago based on the well-known Azeri melody "Kuchelere," and the first part of the song incorporates the original melody, with the next ones matching that atmosphere."
The composer and Tanbur player also remarked on the choice of this ballad, saying, "Choosing the ballad 'Oh, unexpected resurrection! And oh, the endless mercy, oh, the fire ablaze among the meadow of thoughts" is the first ghazal in Divan i Shams – a mystic chant voiced by Rumi addressed to his beloved (Shams). In this ghazal, Rumi acknowledges the bosom as an apt place for love, already hosting affection in the heart, and leading to the serenity and beauty of thought. I hope that the byproduct of this poem and music would please all our dear listeners."

The Iranian singer and vocal coach, Abolfazl Dehghan, started taking lessons from Gholamreza Rezaei back in 2012, learning the style of maestro Taherzadeh's singing. Meanwhile, he was taught by masters such as Reza Shakeri and Soheil Mahmoodi the aesthetics of combining poetry with music, as well as passing the national opera's phonation course supervised by Behzad Abdi.
After taking song lessons and music theory courses on pieces namely "The Longing to See Your Face" and "The Mystics' Banquet" composed by Pouya Saraei, Dehghan released a cover version of the ballad "The Broken Chalice" composed by maestro Homayoun Khorram and arranged by Mahdi Vahdati. Dehghan is currently working on a traditional music composed by Pouya Saraei, with the ballad "Oh, Resurrection!" composed by Farnood Elhami as his latest piece to be released.
