Iran (IMNA) - The agreements were drafted and signed on Thursday when Iranian President Ebrahim Raeisi officially visited Cuba.
The MoUs concentrated on judicial concerns, political cooperation, customs, and information technology.
Ministers and high-ranking representatives of Iran and Cuba signed the agreements in the Palace of the Revolution in the Cuban capital of Havana while Miguel Daz-Canel and Raeisi looked on.
The agreements were struck less than a day after Raeisi's group signed three identical cooperation agreements with Nicaraguan officials.
These agreements covered the provision of medical equipment, trade, and judicial collaboration.
Unverified words in Iranian media stated that Iran had obtained tens of billions of dollars in economic and economic deals during Raeisi's four-day trip to Latin America, which included visits to Venezuela, Nicaragua, and Cuba.
The journey is part of the country's attempts to broaden its commercial ties and align with countries impacted by global sanctions.
Before departing Tehran for Latin America earlier this week, Raeisi stated that Iran saw relations with sovereign countries in the area as "strategic."
