Iran (IMNA) - The scholars' community made the remarks in a statement issued on Monday, ahead of International Quds Day, and in the midst of the Israeli regime's increasingly cruel treatment of the Palestinian people.
"If Muslim countries remained steadfast regarding the main issue of the Muslim world, which is Palestine," the statement stated. "The…collapse of the usurping Israeli regime (Israel), which has already begun, will accelerate."
The statement went on to add that the Zionist adversary is weakening as a result of political, economic, security, and social challenges.
It stated that the Iranian nation will continue to help the oppressed and oppose bullying powers, and that it would never abandon support for Palestine and al-Quds.
The society then encouraged all Muslim nations to massively join in International Quds Day protests, emphasizing that continued struggle in Palestinian lands and worldwide solidarity for Palestine will result in the liberation of al-Quds.
