The album "Avaye Doost" (Sound of the Friend) is a complete set of original Iranian Radif music as performed by Maestro Yaghoub Anoush, in seven Dastgahs of the violin, produced by Kourosh Anoosh, the Iranian and international singer of Switzerland's National Orchestra. The Swiss company Swissa has picked up this album and sponsored it.
The music album "Avaye Doost" is a complete collection of original Iranian Radif music as performed by maestro Yaghoub Anoush in seven Dastgahs via the violin - a first for Iran to use the given instrument for that purpose. Produced by the Iranian and international singer of the Swiss National Orchestra Kourosh Anoosh, this album got prepared for distribution after two years of recording, mixing, and mastering by Iman Hojjat at Raga Studio of Tehran, released domestically by Javan Records after an official license was issued by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, made available to fans of music, especially researchers and players of the violin.

With fifty years of experience in music research and violin playing, Maestro Yaghoub Anoush created this musical piece after two whole years of constant practice at Raga Studio; other figures were also involved in the project, including Kourosh Anoosh as the producer, Javan Records as the distributor, Mohammad Anoush as Tombak player, Mahboubeh Tafazoli as the narrator, Rokhsareh Okhovat as the photographer, Behzad Hajibeikloo as the graphic designer, and Mansour Jahani as the Public Relations.
One of the noteworthy features of this album is hearing the voice of the late Maestro Bahman Boustan, the Iranian music and literary researcher, at the opening lines of the first disc, reciting a couple of verses with that heartwarming voice of his in praise of music.
The music album "Avaye Doost" is a complete collection of original Iranian Radif music in a 6 disc set; the first disc contains Mahour Dastgah, the second, Homayoun and Isfahan, the third, Turkish Bayat and Dashti, the forth, Chahargah and Segah, the fifth, Shour, Abu Ata and Afshar, and the sixth disc includes Nava and Rast Panjgah Dastgahs, and these invaluable and ever-lasting works of Persian music have been performed by maestro Yaghoub Anoush via the violin.
