38th Fajr Music Festival brought uplifting atmosphere to Iran

Providing uplifting atmosphere to Iran with some of the most magnificent Persian orchestra compositions and musical performances in crammed concert halls. The 38th Fajr International Music Festival kicked off on February 17 in Tehran.

IIran (IMNA) - While the capital welcomes over 30 musical ensembles from around the country, foreign musicians have also taken the opportunity to perform.

This year's festival is being underway in seven music halls in Tehran, as well as around 30 additional venues in 14 provinces. More than 2,000 musicians are competing in the competitive "Barbad Prize".

Fajr festival, Iran's most prominent music event, is one of the most culturally diverse music gatherings, with musicians of various backgrounds enjoying each other's performances.

The event is part of Iran's countrywide celebrations commemorating the victory of Iran's Islamic Revolution in 1979.

The Fajr Music Festival provides a unique opportunity to enjoy live music performances from various parts of the world.
