Conditions:
1- Film production for the years 2021 - ۲۰۲۲ - 2023 should be exclusively
2- He did not participate in the previous courses of the meeting.
3- All topics are allowed, but the management of the meeting has the right to exclude cult oriented films.
4- Investigates the audience using parts of the film in the organization's propaganda and event.
5- It is not right to violate the rights of others using music or footage of other people's work.
6- The Meeting reserves the right to exclude any film that has technical problems with the audio or image in a way that hinders its presentation at the meeting, or if it contains offensive, racist, or contrary to the norms.
The jury panel:
The jury is neutral and based on its evaluation on special standards and it consists of professors specialized in the field of cinema for animation films.
Prizes:
Moral or material to be determined by the management of the meeting, and it will be announced later with the date of the meeting.
