Iran (IMNA) - Commemorating the International week of People with Disability, Ali Ghasemzadeh said, "As the mayor, I must assume great responsibility for the disabled community’s needs. In this regard, it has been decided to establish Employment Task Forces with the organizations affiliated to the disabled society in the province so that the Municipality will be abale to figure out the challenges faced by people with disability with the aid of NGOs. "
Ghasemzadeh noted, "by practicing disability inclusion in market systems, we can provide employment opportunities for this group of people in the community."
The Mayor of Isfahan continued, "as concerns urban planning issues, there is a great determination to adapt, improve and optimize public ways for the disabled community, and we will make maximum use of this year's budget to implement related projects."
He went on to say that, "With the participation of Isfahan Municipality’s Deputy Office for Transportation and Urban Development and the Deputy Office for Culture, Social Affairs and Sports, efforts will be made to provide better conditions for the disabled and change the way we look at disability. "
The mayor of Isfahan said, " taking into account that there are many artists belonging to the disabled community, we try to use the cultural capacities of the disabled community for the benefit of the city by creating spaces and opportunities.”
