Iran Coronavirus: 31,319  New Cases and 643 Deaths

According to data from the Iran's Ministry of Health and Medical Education, Iran reported 31,319 new Covid-19 cases and 643 deaths in the last 24 hours ending 2pm on Tuesday.

Iran (IMNA) - Iran's Ministry of Health and Medical Education reported that 643 more Iranians have lost their lives from the coronavirus (COVID-19) over the past 24 hours taking the cumulative number of deaths to 107,794.

31,319 new coronavirus infections were identified over the past 24 hours, of whom 4,685 have been hospitalized.

There have been nearly 4992063 confirmed cases of coronavirus so far in Iran,  ۴,۲۰۵,۹۲۷ of the cases cured or discharged from the hospitals.

Iran has implemented the tough preventive measures to curb the coronavirus transmission and flatten the curve of new infections.

The new respiratory virus has spread across the world, isolated billions of people into quarantine as health workforce struggle to cope.

According to Worldometers, more than 218 million people have tested positive for Covid-19 and more than 4.5 million people have died world-wide.
