Iran (IMNA) - Iran's Ministry of Health and Medical Education announced on Munday that 286 more Iranians have died as a result of the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) over the past 24 hours bringing the country’s total deaths to 77,222.
14,319 new coronavirus infections have been identified over the past 24 hours, some 2,094 of whom have been hospitalized.
There have been nearly 2,242,023 confirmed cases of coronavirus so far in Iran.
According to Worldometers, total cases of COVID-19 worldwide have surpassed 163 million and the global deaths from the virus have also surged at 3,394,442; however, more than 142 million people have recovered.
