Iran (IMNA) - “A proposal has been made under the aegis of charities to build parks entitled ‘endowment Parks’ in the Parks and Green Spaces Organization Council; so, it is necessary to consult with the General Directorate of Endowments and Charity,” Forough Mortezai-Nejad, added.
"In the light of air pollution and various environmental problems, the matter of endowment has received a special place in the environment sector, so we asked for help and support to the endowment funding in creation of green space so that we can maximaize the capacities of the urban parks and green spaces” the Chief executive officer of Parks and Green Space Organization of Isfahan Municipality, Forough Mortazaeinezhad, said.
The CEO of Parks and Green Space of Isfahan Municipality stated, “Surveys have shown that benefactors have taken effective measures so far in the fields of health, school construction, Quranic issues, housing and sports; they also have contributed to build some parks and gardens in the country, including the construction of a garden by Bushehr charities in 2014."
"Global experience shows that charities and philanthropists can leave a sustained beneficial impact on the development of parks and green spaces," she emphasized.
