Iran (IMNA) - Congratulating the National Research Week to all scholars who provide the basis for improving human life through study and research, Godratollah Norouzi said, "Today, cities across the world are facing different challenges; in addition to solving current problems, they need future research for the possible issues occurring in the future. Futurology is directly related to the efforts of researchers and the creative sector and class of society."
"Last week, the Center for Creativity and New Technologies at the municipality of Isfahan issued a call for designing of urban bus stations, benches and trash cans in the city; such calls can be announced in other subjects and fields as well."
"The creative harmony of such projects with the urban context of Isfahan as a historical city, as well as the combination of ideas with new technologies can increase the value of this city; Therefore, all professionals, professors and students in related fields, especially those interested in the subject of Isfahan, are invited to participate in this project to build a more beautiful city with the help of each other," The mayor of Isfahan added.
Congratulating the National Public Transport Day to all the activists in this field, Norouzi ended, "With the outbreak of the Coronavirus, taxi and bus drivers have been more infected than the rest of the population of working age. Therefore, it is emphasized that citizens take more care of their physical health when using public transportation by observing health protocols."
In order to warn the citizens about the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), more than 150,000 educational brochures have been published and distributed among citizens. Over 700 out of home billboards have been dedicated to inform on the coronavirus. Productive information through virtual networks has also been released by the municipality of Isfahan.
