Iran (IMNA) - “Due to the prevailing conditions concerning to the prevalence of Coronavirus and the requisite to reduce face-to-face encounter and service applicants attendance, the municipality intends to present online and electronic services in order to ensure the well-being of citizens,” Hossein Amiri continued.
“The Department is considered as one of the pioneering centers in providing absentee services, in cooperation with the Deputy office of Planning and Human Capital Development that implements and provides online supports and services to citizens apropos of some affairs,” he added.
“In the domain of firefighting, online and electronic services include registration for courses and training classes of the fire department, registration of volunteer firefighters and requesting to find the cause of fires and accidents as well,” Amiri pointed out.
Concerning online and electronic municipal services, Amiri pointed out “broad range of web-based services such as job application in service provider companies, Shahr Yar application (for the disabled and tourists), cleaning and sweeping requests, removal of garbage stations, getting stray animals, household pests and rodents off the cities, training courses on waste management and urban environment, in addition, following up the notice of waste management law and legal cases are encompassed.”
