Isfahan's urban restrooms get disinfected twice per day

Director General of the Department for Coordination and Supervision of Urban Services at the Municipality of Isfahan said, "Strict public health measures to tackle pandemic in line with health promotion protocols have been implemented twice per day and the efforts will be exerted after the virus get eradicated by a collaborative global vaccination."

Iran (IMNA) - Referring to the hygiene measures and disinfecting urban bathrooms, Behzad Haghani added, "Currently, more than 300 public bathrooms are available to Isfahani citizens; the coronavirus will be weakend by twice-a-day cleaning of surfaces and daily sanitation of floors with chemical disinfection pumps."

He continued, "Due to the surge in coronavirus cases and based on the official emphases to observing all requirements regarding health and safety to prevent the spread of COVID-19, disinfection of public bathrooms carried out with special sensitivity to eradicate the virus."

Stressing that the city administrators urge citizens to prevent unnecessary exposure to other people especially in parks and urban gardens, Haghani said, "Citizens are expected to wear face masks and observe social distancing to eliminate the risk of coronavirus infection."

"Leeching off the potential of the out-of-home advertising, installing safety posters on public transport fleet as well as street performances on public use of face masks are part of the measures," he ended.
