Customers who were unable to attend an earlier appointment will be contacted by VFS Global to arrange a new appointment time. It will be done in order of original appointment dates, starting with customers who had appointments in March.

Customers completing their Visa Application Form on GOV.UK from 14:30 on Thursday 23 July will be able to book an appointment at the end of this process.

Customers visiting Visa Application Centres may be asked to observe physical distancing, undergo temperature checks or be required to wear facemasks, subject to local authority guidelines.

Customers exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, including fever (37.3 degrees Celsius and above), cough or difficulty breathing will be helped to reschedule their application submission for another day and will be advised to seek medical attention at the nearest healthcare facility of their choice.
