Iran (IMNA) - Human resource is one of the most important factors that highly affects entrepreneurial ecosystems; the more literate the workforce, the ecosystem will work better.
Referring to the point that Isfahan has gained a good position in the country regarding the entrepreneurship, Kourosh Khosravi said, "What we expect is that Isfahan, like Silicon Valley in the United States, will play an important role in entrepreneurship in the Western Asia; it is not far-fetched matter and requires training and detailed planning."
The head of Research Center at Isfahan Islamic city council emphasized that human resources training should be considered as a priority regarding entrepreneurship activities in the city. Isfahan Technical and Vocational Training Organization, city's private institutions and Isfahan Chamber of Commerce, should involve in the training process.
