Iran (IMNA) – "Last year, a call was issued by Iran's Welfare Organization and announced holding a festival. The festival includes different categories such as painting, illustration, and different types of visual arts," Mostafa Satariyan said.
"Considering that I had a picture related to the subject of the festival, I took my chance and sent it to the secretariat, then it was accepted in the festival," the Isfahani artist noted.
"Sending awards is upon embassies, and my prize was delivered to Panama Embassy in Iran," he added. "Festivals have a positive impact on stakeholders specially artists' lives," he said about the influence of artists' presence in festivals.
Pointing out that caricature field will have bright days in the near future due to the brilliant presence of youths, he noted, "Iran was the hole of great masters of caricature in the past, but the new generation have the ability to do many creative works, their attendance in international communities and receiving rewards can highlight their names in the arena of caricature art."
