Women make up most applicants of entrepreneurship courses

"Two thirds of applicants of entrepreneurship training courses are make up with women, and they have been able to attract good investors in this regard," the head of research center at Islamic city council of Isfahan said.

Iran (IMNA) – "A new concept called "entrepreneurship ecosystem" has been propounded in the field of urban management for years; which means that cities should be managed in such a way that all the necessary contexts for people's entrepreneurship will be provided," Kurosh Khosravi said.

Saying that the first Idea Café will be launched in Isfahan for the next month, he noted, "There are coffee shops in cities around the world that have implemented this method to expand the entrepreneurship concept; if a young person wants to propound his/her business idea, s/he will go to these idea cafes, and if the idea is good, 54-hours startup events will be held following the presentation of ideas in order to choose his own teammates to arrive at the conclusion."

Referring to this matter that ideators will be settled in supportive spaces, he added, "before this stage, a think tank room will be launched, and after preparing the idea and selecting investors for all the stages such as allocating spaces for evaluating the agreements and contracts, the settlement in offices and investment and the export stage of products will be carried out for people in the city."

Pointing to allocating a space in Arg-e Jahan Nama to this field, he also said, "So far, several events have been held in this center so far, and it is still going on its activities."
