Iran (IMNA) – "We are designing a software program in the citizenship culture development department to present distinctive services to people, so that people will be informed more about the city they are living and the related issues as well," Ahmad Reza Rezaee said
"Communication between citizens and municipality in various sectors is essential, and there should be a close interaction between the main elements of the society," he added. "In the citizenship culture development department, we have reached to this conclusion that nowadays mobile phones are all-purpose tools for people; therefore, we have to develop the relationships through mobile software solutions in order to connect with people," he continued.
"The application that we are designing will be unveiled during the Fajr decade," he noted regarding the availability of this mobile software. "People can access to the news, events and activities of citizenship culture development department by using this application; a special section is available in this application in which everything that people should know about the urban management and what the urban management expects citizens to do have been considered," he explained about the general characteristics of the designed software by this department.
