Isfahan (IMNA) – "Concerning the importance of issues related to transportation and traffic and the necessity of culture-building practices in this field, various solutions should be applied," Alireza Salavati said.
"Art language in explaining cultural issues is paid attention more than before, since the long-term influence of art-based cultural festivals has been proved. Therefore, by considering the positive changes in traffic behaviors, art language-centric cultural approaches should be used," he added.
"Accordingly, we have put traffic related festivals on the agenda; as the first festival in its own kind, cartoonist artists in the field of transportation and traffic will be competed with each other in Trafficator," he continued.
Pointing to the themes of the transportation and traffic cartoon festival, he said, "This festival entitled Trafficator will be held in three specific subjects of "Isfahan, city of bicycles", "Helmet, Vitality", and "No single-occupancy vehicle"."
Referring to the call of this festival, he noted, "This festival will be held with the cooperation of the caricature house of Isfahan art center, directed by Payam Pourfallah. According to the planned schedule, participants can send their works to the secretariat of the festival till January 19, and then exquisite gifts will be handed to the chosen caricature of the festival in the closing ceremony."
