Necessity of social vitality to improve culture of citizenship

Pointing out that depression is the reason of decreasing cultural creativity, social capital, and life expectancy in the city, the head of cultural, social, and sport organization of Isfahan municipality said, "If social vitality increases, the citizenship culture will improve subsequently."

Isfahan (IMNA) – "The life expectancy will not increase without considering social vitality, since undoubtedly, many of the social damages will decrease by promoting the social vitality and life prospects  in the city," Mohammad Eidi said.

Referring to implementing happy programs in various occasions, he noted, "Occasions such as Isfahan Day can intensify happiness among citizens; holding these events magnificently and the warm welcome of citizens are very effective in this regard."

Saying that the dryness of the Zayandeh-Rood River and the recession situation have negative effect on citizens' spirit, he said, "By considering these issues, it is necessary to take a step towards increasing the happiness among citizens by holding various programs. We should create social vitality which is in consistent with the culture of the city in order to enjoy its benefits to improve the citizenship culture."
