Isfahan (IMNA) – "Huge number of new generation have not visited Chehel-Sotoun palace, Naghsh-e Jahan square, and Takht-e Foulad yet," Kourosh Mohammadi said. Referring to this point that introducing Isfahan to Isfahani people should be a priority, he added, "For this purpose, NGOs should cooperate more; Isfahan has the oldest NGOs of the country, and we should not ignore this capacity."
"On the occasion of Isfahan Day, 170 programs will be performed in different areas of Isfahan with the cooperation of cultural deputy of Isfahan municipality; each of the programs should be connected with one neighborhood to introduce Isfahan Day properly as it deserves," he continued.
"Isfahan has not been introduced properly, for example; Takht-e Foulad in Isfahan is not been known at global and even national level; therefore. Isfahan Day and its introducing should be changed into a permanent trend," he noted.
"If we were able to register the national day of Isfahan, it would be a good opportunity to introduce Isfahan to the world; surely Isfahan has this potential," he added.
