Grapes, Tourism, and Ecotourism Festival  to hold in Isfahan

"The fourth edition of Grapes, Tourism, and Ecotourism Festival of Hassan Robat village will be held on September 7," the Chairman of the Islamic Council of Hassan Robat village said.

Isfahan (IMNA) – Saying that during the last three years, the grapes festival had been held in the last Friday of summer, Mohammad Amiri said, "Due to the coinciding of grapes festival with the month of Muharram, it has been announced that this festival is going to be held on September 7."

Pointing to the high capacities of the nature tourism in this village, he said, "This village is located in the northern area of Shahin Shahr and Meimeh Counties; it has pretty good conditions due to the weather, variety of herbal medicine in the vegetation of this area and a collection of deer species."

Referring to the development of tourism infrastructure in Hassan Robat village, he said, "During the last three years, good measures have been carried out in the field of road development, establishing residences, and reviving the historical monuments, with the cooperation of the villagers."

Saying that Hassan Robat village with a population of 1700 has been introduced as a tourist attraction, he added, "During the recent three years, the average of 7 thousand tourists have visited the existing tourism capacities of Hassan Abad village coincident with the grapes festival."

Emphasizing on the necessity of the national officials' attention to the grapes festival of Hassan Robat village, he continued, "The development of rural tourism has always been emphasized by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, and it has been one of the development axes of the province; therefore, the authorities should pay more attention to holding this new festival."
