"Another project, that has started to clarify and remove the informational rents in the urban area, is the Urbanization and Income Mechanized System," he reiterated. Stating that the Urbanization and Income Mechanized System, electronicizing all paperworks and information has initiated for the first time in Isfahan Municipality, he said: "This system is currently implemented in the 15 municipal district of Isfahan.”
"By implementing this phase, all manual and hide actions, including Urbanization regulations, taxes and charges calculations, congestion and issuance of building permits which were carried out in the municipality of Isfahan, will be all electronicized and all the activities and actions of the users in the municipality will be clearly observable and controllable by urban management system," Mahdavian said.
"With the help of this system landowners can register building permits, certificate of completion of works, and queries applications without going to the municipality; they can also electronically receive the related permission at their home and be the executor of their own projects by doing financial payments," he added.
