Golpayegan Kebab to become national heritage

"Golpayegan Kebab will soon be registered in the country's national heritage list due to the warm welcome given to the National Kebab Festival and our following pursuits,” the general director of the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts, and Tourism of Isfahan province said.

Isfahan (IMNA) - "Golpayegan is famous for its historical and tourism monuments at the national and international levels. In addition, it is one of the most important counties of the province in terms of cultural heritages; it has over 20,000 petroglyphs in Qarqab and Kucheri. The county has a large number of handicrafts and is ranked the best Isfahan`s county in this regard," Fereydoun Allahyari said.


Expressing that Golpayegan has hidden capacities in tourism, historical, and natural areas, he emphasized, "Golpayegan’s Kebab, as a brand, can play an important role in the tourism industry."
