‘Isfahan Farda Seminars’, meaning seminars for Tomorrow of Isfahan, was held in the presence of Isfahan mayor and some youths, IMNA quoted from Communication Bureau of Isfahan Municipality.
The young brought up their viewpoints and concerns on different urban issues at the meeting.
After listening to the young comments, Ghodratollah Norouzi declared: the person selected as the mayor must well perceive and analyze political issues.
Int’l Isfahan as a foreign ministry
He confirmed: Isfahan is an international city which has ties with different countries. “Mostly looking like a foreign ministry, Isfahan needs a mayor well aware of diplomatic, political issues”, he explained and added that the selected person should also know Issues and rules of law.
He also assured women of gender equality.
Job substitutions on the agenda of municipality
Norouzi said that job substitutions at different levels of urban management is recently placed on the agenda of municipality. About the reason to do so, the mayor explained: then the future will hold the young population as trained experts of various fields.
Isfahan ready to adopt citizens’ ideas
Ghodratollah Norouzi considered people’s involvement as the crucial purpose of the new urban management, adding: the municipality will accept the citizens’ ideas with open arms, so there is a great need of entrepreneurship and nourishing ideas.
The young can watch the city and observe the performance of authorities to guide them to the right path, Norouzi said as his closing remark.
