Iran is in no need of protectors

Chairman of Isfahan’s City Council pointed to the recent remarks made by the US president, saying: the Islamic Republic of Iran feels no need for any protectors; Iranian people will tackle their interior issues, if any, and do not need the foreigners to shed crocodile tears.

As IMNA reports, Fathollah Moein in today Council’s plenary meeting declared that the US President’s nonsense about Iran was very bad and uncommon. He continued: Trump is considering himself as representative of a superpower, while he should have learned courtesy and geography instead.

He added: such remarks are against the diplomatic conventions.

He referred to an interview with a Kurdistan authority, stating: “Iran was the only country which got involved in the Kurdestan independency”, “Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) carried out a joint military maneuver with Iraqi forces which resulted in the US dissatisfaction, so Iran’s IRGC are highly targeted by the US now.”

Moein also mentioned the International White Cane Day, stating: fitting the city for the disabled especially the blind is among all municipalities’ tasks. “We are trying to manage the existing problems for which we need people to be educated and culturalized in collaboration with the police forces”, he explained.

Reminding the listeners of the World Food Day, the chairman added: providing healthy food counts as a significant issue due to the growing population of the country and countries around the world take different approaches to their food storage.  

He then continued: technology growth has resulted in optimum use of animal production, and the whole world can enjoy food safety in case the food waste be controlled.
