Isfahan metro provides free service until Oct 7

Isfahan Councilors agreed on the free metro fare in the city to encourage people to take this public transportation more and more. The official proposal will be running until October 7th.

Today morning, Isfahan Islamic City Council approved the double urgency of the free metro fare until 7th of October, IMNA reported.

Alireza Fatehi, managing director of Isfahan Metro Co., announced: following the onset of the school year, metro hours will work from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. for 13 consecutive hours.

He continued: unfinished stations are also under constructional work from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

After being investigated by Councilors, the earlier said bill was ratified with 9 votes of confidence and 2 no-confidence votes.
