Moareknejad told IMNA that Takht-e Foulad Cultural and Religious Complex is home to the second religious cemetery after holy city of Najaf’s Wadi-us-Salaam.”
The cemetery is at least 800 years old and all of the famous personalities have a mausoleum in this cemetery. The latest production of the Takht-e Foulad Cultural and Religious Complex aims to use creative and updated mediums of the virtual world to introduce the Iran’s famous figures.
The manager of Takht-e Foulad Cultural and Religious Complex said: “the online portal of the complex was opened in 2016 and since then is providing various services to users. The latest news, events, database of religious sites, information about personalities and their photos and stories as well as virtual tours and guide maps are provided at the website.”
Moareknejad announced the Takht-e Foulad Cultural and Religious Complex is to release an application to provide all the necessary information on users’ cellphones. He added: “the application aims to provide the calendar of the Takht-e Foulad Cultural and Religious Complex with all the scheduled events, information about personalities and their photos and stories, and also virtual tours of the complex.”
According to Moareknejad, the application has a map of all the mausoleums to make it easier for visitors to find any mausoleums they are looking for.
