Metro hours extend

According to the supervisor of Isfahan metro organization, the train intervals are planned to fall to 10 minutes, also the working hours are going to extend to 8 p.m.

IMNA News Agency reports: three metro lines are considered for the city of Isfahan. the first line connects north to south of the city, second line links north-eastern to western parts of the city, and finally line 3 is scheduled to join the south to west.

Some suburban cities are also linked to the mentioned metro lines.  

Phase 3 of the first line is up to the present day completed until Azadi Sq., and will be fully available for the public by the end of the ongoing year.

Mohammad Noursalehi, the supervisor, stated in this regard: 4 stations of the first line are not yet established which must be executed as soon as possible.

All the advisers, contractors, and executive managers should pay their whole attention to specify and supply the needed constructional materials, trying to resolve the existing problems as well as expediting the completion process.

The city train is now working from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. carrying passengers from Qods station to Azadi Square, reminded the supervisor and announced: twofold efforts are made to change the hours from 6 a.m. extending to 8 p.m.

Noursalehi closed his remarks publicizing that the train intervals will drop to 10 minutes.
