Iran ready to cooperate with private sectors in health fields

Iranian Minister of Health, Hassan Ghazizadeh-Hashemi, announced Iran’s preparedness to cooperate with private sectors.

Attending the inauguration ceremony of Healthcare City project, Hassan Ghazizadeh-Hashemi said: we are now experiencing the unveiling of the 1st phase of Isfahan Healthcare City and seeing that no efforts were spared to develop this project.

The minister added: Isfahan is facing lack of beds in hospitals for both tourists and citizens. The 11th government tried endlessly to construct considerable number of hospitals and health centers with full medical equipment, yet we have a long way to achieve the ideals.

Referring that Iran holds the first rank in country’s medical affairs, he publicized: Iran is ready to attract private sector investors in the realm of healthcare services.

Due to its position as an economic pole in the country, Isfahan is highly expected to witness more and more cooperation with private sectors, Ghazizadeh-Hashemi declared.

Further at his presentation, he voiced: The Healthcare City Complex is unique from my viewpoint, and I hope that it will supply fine services within its heart.

He finally stressed that Iran owes a lot to the people of Isfahan in every field; we, therefore, attempt to take fruitful steps to shoot out medical shortcomings of this province.
